HARARE – Former Matabeleland South Provincial Education Director c was on Wednesday appointed the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.

She takes over from Sylvia Utete-Masango, who has been retired.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry of Information also announced the retirement of Stephen Ngwenya, Clara Nondo and Diana Guti from the Public Service Commission.

Earlier in the week, Ndavaningi Mangwana was named Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services, replacing George Charamba who now works in the office of the Cabinet Secretary.
