KADOMA – A bus carrying dozens of passengers rolled three times near Kadoma, Mashonaland West province, after the driver lost control in the early hours of Saturday.

Police said 43 people were injured after the C.A.G Travellers Coaches bus overturned near a railway crossing.

The bus was heading to Harare from Victoria Falls via Bulawayo.

Inspector Clemence Mabweazara of Mashonaland West Police said: “The driver appears to have lost control of the bus, the circumstance are still under investigation. The bus rolled three times before coming to rest on its wheels.”

Inspector Mabweazara said speed appeared to have been a factor in the accident, urging drivers to observe road regulations.
