BULAWAYO – Highlanders’ euphoric victory over old enemy Dynamos was Madinda Ndlovu’s last as coach, after he resigned on Friday.

Ndlovu is leaving the Bulawayo club for Gaborone United in Botswana.

Highlanders were expected to issue a statement later Friday explaining the process of finding their next coach.

Ndlovu, who was in charge for one and half seasons, leaves Highlanders 10 points adrift of leaders FC Platinum – but the new coach will have 22 matches to close the gap.

Highlanders beat Dynamos 1-0 at Barbourfields on June 16, before the league took a break.
