BULAWAYO – A Bulawayo man is on the run after stabbing his wife to death during an ill-fated domestic dispute weekend.
Police confirmed the shock incident through their social media handles, adding that they have since launched a manhunt for the suspect, identified as Pascal Dube.
“Police in Bulawayo are appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Pascal Dube, 43, who is being sought in connection with a case of murder,” police said.
“The suspect stabbed his wife, Acquiline Sadziwa, 35, indiscriminately with a kitchen knife on the back before hitting her with a stone on the head after a domestic dispute.”
The incident took place in Morningside low density suburb on April 22.
Police called on members of the public to assist with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect.
